DELIVERY + RETURNS
- All products purchased on liveocean.com are printed on demand so the processing time can be up to 10 working days.
- Once any purchased items or gifts are booked on a courier for delivery by Live Ocean, the Purchaser will receive a tracking email. The onus to track the delivery is on the Purchaser.
- If an incorrect delivery address is supplied, Live Ocean may charge the Purchaser all reasonable costs associated with any re-delivery.
Please choose your size carefully as all merchandise items purchased on liveocean.com are unable to be returned, refunded or exchanged. Due to our products being printed on demand, these are for final sale unless the item received is faulty or damaged. If you are buying for someone else, please consider purchasing a gift voucher so that they can select their product and size of their choice.
Faulty or damaged items will be replaced if they are returned within 7 days of receipt. If you receive an item that is faulty please take the following steps.
- Email [email protected] using your order number as a reference. Please include details of the fault, as well as your pick-up address so we can arrange for a courier to collect the faulty product.
- Securely repackage your item/s and address to: Attn: Live Ocean Returns, The Image Group, 4/49 Sainsbury Road, St Lukes, Auckland.
- Please allow five business days from the time we receive your items to process your exchange and send your replacement item/s. Please note any packages received outside of our faulty or damaged items return timeframe will not be processed for a refund and will be returned to Sender.
